Artur Rudnicki – 1st Prize with Special Mention
Artur Rudnicki is a young, talented trumpet player, who has been winning numerous awards at national and international wind instrument and vocal competitions for several years. He was born and raised in Wrocław, where he began his musical education at the age of six in the trumpet class under the guidance of Aleksander Zalewski, a trumpet soloist at the National Forum of Music. He completed his studies at the Prof. Maria Zduniak General Primary Music School No. 3 with honors, being an exceptionally dedicated student.
During his seven years of musical education, Artur participated in an impressive number of 45 trumpet competitions at both national and international levels. His competition achievements include: 18 first places, 16 second places, 2 third places, 5 honorable mentions, and 4 Grand Prix titles.
Since 2018, Artur has been a chorister in the Boys’ Choir of the National Forum of Music in Wrocław, with which he regularly performs in Poland and abroad. His vocal talents have also earned him numerous awards in solo competitions as well as with the NFM Boys’ Choir.
Artur continuously hones his skills by participating in workshops and master classes conducted by prominent Polish and international professors and trumpet virtuosos.
For his exceptional achievements, Artur has been honored with many prestigious scholarships, including the Young Poland scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, and scholarships from the National Fund for Children and the Mayor of Wrocław.
Artur’s artistic successes go hand in hand with his excellent education. He completes each grade with honors§ and receives diplomas for very good academic performance and exemplary behavior.
