Hefang Ma – 1st Prize with Special Mention, Composition
Hefang Ma is a graduate of Tokyo University of the Arts, a former faculty member at Tokyo College of Music, currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts in Music Composition on Full Scholarship, and teaching Intro to Electronic Music—DAW, Electronic Music Techniques—Max/MSP Course for undergraduate and graduate students in the United States.
