ISMAELE GATTI
Ismaele Gatti was born in Como in 1998. He graduated from the Conservatory of his city in Piano and Organ. He continued his studies at the Conservatory of Lugano, where he obtained a Master degree
in Performance and a Master degree in Specialised Music Performance in Organ with
Stefano Molardi. In 2024, he completed postgraduate training in harpsichord with Francesco Corti at the Schola Cantorum in Basel. He is currently a full member, as Korrepetitor, of the prestigious Opernstudio of the Zurich Opera House. He performs extensively in concert, which has led him to perform on numerous occasions in Italy and abroad (Germany, Switzerland, England, France, Norway, Spain, Slovakia). He has collaborated with the Philharmonia Zurich, the Orchestra della Svizzera italiana, I
Barocchisti, the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana and other leading institutions on the
international music scene. He has won prizes in numerous international organ competitions, including the Gottfried Silbermann Competition in Freiberg and the Bach Prize in Wiesbaden.
He is Hauptorganist and head of Kirchenmusik at the church in Alpnach (Switzerland) and collaborates regularly with numerous choral groups in German-speaking Switzerland.
