Eric – Maximilian Laszlo – FIRST PRIZE with Special Mention, Composition
Eric – Maximilian Laszlo was born on 26th of June 2012 in Timisoara, Romania. He began playing the piano in kindergarten, where he would often take his small piano keyboard with him to play “songs” to his classmates. The happiness of seeing the joy in the audience made him wish to progress. That’s how, at the age of 5 he started studying Piano under the guidance of Professor Crina Ramona. At the present moment Eric is enrolled as a pupil in the 6th grade of National College of Art “Ion Vidu”, Piano department.
Even if at first the piano was a hobby, it later became his best friend, as Eric discovered a new way to express himself – through musical notes. Whether we’re talking about auditions, recitals, musical evenings or competitions, one thing is for sure – Eric loves being on stage. With each appearance, we can glimpse more and more of his artistic personality, but also the joy of being on stage and playing in front of the public. His talent, perseverance and passion for music, brought Eric a lot of prizes and medals in the national and international competitions (39 First prizes, 8 Second prizes, 5 Third prizes and 2 Trophes).
Eric’s dream is to become a worldwide known piano player.
