Genevieve Revilak – FIRST PRIZE with Special Mention, HARP

At just eight years old, Genevieve Revilak is already making waves as an extraordinary young musician and compassionate soul. Last year, at age seven, she captured the prestigious Charleston International Competition, announcing her arrival on the classical music scene with grace and remarkable talent.
This year, Genevieve has performed with the Tutti Orchestra in Pittsburgh, PA, captivating audiences with her musical artistry. Her performances have graced some of the region’s most celebrated venues—from the intimate Carnegie Mellon’s Alumni Hall to the grandeur of Kresge Theater and the Pittsburgh Playhouse. Next year promises to be even more spectacular as she takes the stage at the iconic Heinz Hall with the Tutti Orchestra, a milestone that would be the pinnacle of many musicians’ entire careers.
But Genevieve’s creative gifts extend far beyond music. She’s also an accomplished visual artist who has won numerous art competitions and been featured in magazines, proving that her imagination knows no bounds.
When she’s not practicing or performing, you’ll find Genevieve living out her other passions—horseback riding through open fields, scaling rock climbing walls with fearless determination, getting lost in the pages of her favorite books, or exploring nature’s wonders on hiking trails.
Above all, Genevieve loves Jesus and carries a heart overflowing with compassion. She dreams big dreams: if she could, she would rescue every animal in need and create a world where everyone lives in perfect harmony and peace. In Genevieve, we see not just a prodigious young talent, but a beautiful soul who believes in making the world a better, kinder place—one note, one canvas, and one act of love at a time.
