Konstantin Novgorodskii – artistic biography:

Born in 2003 in Volzhsky, Volgograd Oblast, I began my musical education at Children’s Music School No. 2 under the guidance of instructor Irina Stolpovskikh. In 2016, I enrolled in the Gnessin School, studying under the tutelage of Nigora Sultanovna Akhmedova. Since 2019, I have been pursuing studies in the Sound Engineering Faculty, mentored by Andrey Zubets.

I have garnered laurels as a winner in various international competitions, including:

2018: First Prize laureate in the open international piano and piano ensemble competition “Masterpieces of Piano Music” in the category of solo performance.
First Prize laureate at the Third All-Russian Open Festival-Competition “Silver Age Silhouette.”
Grand Prix winner of the III All-Russian Competition of Performers of Piano Music “I am an Artist.”


I have participated in sessions at the Sirius Educational Center (2015, 2018) and engaged in competitions such as the WorldVision Composer Contest, the KINOREX Film Music Festival, and the “Step to the Stage” Foundation. Additionally, I took part in the XIII Youth Delphic Games in Volgograd. I have regularly performed with the Kalinin Folk Instruments Orchestra and the Estrada-Symphonic Orchestra under the baton of Victor Devochkin.

Beyond my performances, I am a composer, having created the music for the anthem of Children’s Music School No. 2 in Volzhsky, a single-movement quintet for piano and string quartet, two romances based on the poetry of Vladimir Nabokov, several piano miniatures, orchestral variations on themes by Andrey Zubets and Steve Reich, two flute duets, a two-movement piano sonata, ensemble variations for wind quintet and piano, among other works.
