Maria Luciana Coppolino – FIRST PRIZE with Special Mention, PIANO
Maria Luciana Coppolino was born in Palermo in 2007. She started playing the piano at the age of 5 and she was admitted at the Palermo Conservatory in 2014.
In 2015, she started taking part in competitions, winning, among other prizes, first prize at the “Amigdala” International Competition, first prize at the “Fratelli Camerano,” “Armonie Sicane,” “Maria Elisa Di Fatta,” and “Città di Palermo” national competitions.
She took part in several masterclasses with pianists, including Edita Stankeviciute and Vincenzo Balzani, and in events such as “Piano City Palermo” and “Le vie dei Tesori.”
In 2019, she won a scholarship and performed at the “Young Talent Festival” at Harrow School in London.
In 2025 she completed a bachelor degree in piano, and she’s now
enrolled in the master degree programm, studying with maestro Domenico Piccichè, while studying law at the Palermo University.
